Developing a four-story, 38-unit multifamily elevator building with 74 parking spaces while navigating an extremely tight budget and accelerated schedule set by the client. The project required balancing cost-efficiency with quality, ensuring the final structure met market expectations without compromising essential features like thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and acoustics.
Solution
Acting as both architect and construction manager, we implemented a streamlined design and construction strategy that prioritized simplicity and ease of build. We selected cost-effective materials and efficient construction techniques to keep expenses under control while ensuring the design remained functional, attractive, and well-suited to the local market.
